Sun and heat
In the regions the flattest and most arid, the temperature achieves 45° easily and can even go up until 50°.

With regard to the physical preparation, the level of difficulty is generally little elevated. * Pains and fever: Aspirin and acetaminophen (prefer the forms that swallow themselves or crunch themselves).

* Diarrhea: an astringent bound to an antiseptic or a gastric bandaging.
* Constipation (frequents in the desert): mini-enemas.
* Anti-inflammatory: Biafine ointment (sunburns) - solar protective cream - labial stick.
* Antiseptic eye drops: individual dosettes.

It is not necessary to carry away cash boxes of products and before the return you can offer the rest of your pharmacy in the clinic.

Respect the following rules

* You are going to travel in regions of Muslim culture, have a decent holding and an attitude non defiant.
