Sun and heat
In the regions the flattest and most arid, the temperature achieves 45° easily and can even go up until 50°.
Attention to the misdeeds of the sun and the heat, especially during the first two day that follow your arrival. Avoid the exertion physics importing during the hot hours. Inspire yourselves some local habits, make the catnap notably.

Attention to the sunburns, to the sunstroke and especially to the heat stroke.
Protect your head with a hat to large side and your eyes with efficient sunglasses. The white or clear clothes will be light and vague, in order to let air circulate to the level of skin. Bedding

Clothing
Know that you will need, the following clothes in most cages:

Small equipment
* A towel

* For the toilet, when water is rare, some calinettes is very useful but it is good to carry a container of type "tupperware" that permits to wash comfortably also. When one arrives to a bin, one can wash some business (to think in this case about to take a little laundry or a big soap; the liquid soap is also a good idea).
* Think about to buy the Hydroclonazone or the Micropur to purify water. It is especially necessary in view of a bin.



THE JOURNEYS ORGANIZE

With regard to the physical preparation, the level of difficulty is generally little elevated. In any case, it is necessary to polish you the legs and to recover your breath by walks (02 times per week), at least one month before the departure. * Pains and fever: Aspirin and acetaminophen (prefer the forms that swallow themselves or crunch themselves).
* Visceral pains: An antispasmodic.
* Diarrhea: an astringent bound to an antiseptic or a gastric bandaging.
* Constipation (frequents in the desert): mini-enemas.
* Anti-inflammatory: Biafine ointment (sunburns) - solar protective cream - labial stick.
* Antiseptic eye drops: individual dosettes.

It is not necessary to carry away cash boxes of products and before the return you can offer the rest of your pharmacy in the clinic.

Respect the following rules

* You are going to travel in regions of Muslim culture, have a decent holding and an attitude non defiant.

* Respect the places of cult
